The Visveswarapura College of Law (V.V.Pura Law College) is one of the constituents of Bangalore University, set up by Vokkaligara Sangha to provide facilities for Professional Education. This is one of the oldest institutions in Bangalore University.

The college was established in the year 1972 with a Three Year Law course. Later, in the year 1986, a Five Year Law course was introduced. V V Pura College of Law (VVPLC) and the Management of Vokkaligara Sangha has always been working towards the ultimate goal to promote social, cultural and educational aspirations of all sections of the people in the society. The institution is well known for good Legal education for the past 35 years.
